Job Description:
- Finding customers who need assistance with home or investment mortgages.
- Developing relationships with clients
- Providing recommendations and assistance to the customer to help them find the most appropriate loan for their needs.
- In conjunction with an assistant, applying to the banks for the loan on behalf of the customer, gaining approval, and following the loan through to settlement.
- Providing ongoing contact and support to the customer once the loan is settled (ensures repeat business & this is why trailing commission is paid by the lender).

To succeed in this position you will need:
- A laptop, reliable vehicle, and $3k for training and software
- Strong personal drive
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Very good problem solving capabilities
- An interest in property investment
- A firm understanding of basic finance principals (interest rates, repayments etc.)
- An ability to learn product knowledge, sales & marketing techniques, and business skills
- A "Go Get Them" attitude
- A tertiary level of education preferred

The managing director of Kramer Finance is looking for someone to remove himself from the daily operation of the company. Kramer Finance is now a national organization and is looking for the right person to ensure the daily operation runs smoothly and that the organisation’s objectives are achieved.
Job Description:
- Liaise with the managing director about organization objectives, strategy, and timeframes to achieve.
- Ensure the organization and the team is on the most effective and efficient course.
- Monitor industry regulation and ensure the organisation is compliant.
- Recruit and retain suitable team into the organsation, develop the team, and monitor performance.
- Ensure that the organization is being remunerated correctly from its aggregator.
- Liaise as required with internal and external stakeholders.
- Establish, implement, and improve systems and protocols that ensure a consistent delivery of service.
- Ensure the organisation is compliant with all legal requirements such as occupational health and safety and tax.
