The managing director of Kramer Finance has a Bachelors Degree in Law and a Bachelors Degree in Business. He is a corporate lawyer by profession. He has worked with several of Australia’s largest law firms. He advised several of the countries major banks, investment banks, property trusts, and property developers. His advice focused on due diligence, finance, structuring, taxation, and insolvency issues.

He is a property investor involved in both residential and commercial property. He’s also a property developer focusing mostly on the development of luxury houses in exclusive inner city suburbs. Dion implements a short, medium, and long term strategy to achieve his property goals. And he attributes his interest in property investment to the potential to create value, the attractive tax benefits, and the benefits of long term wealth creation.

He believes that finance is pivotal to growing a property investment portfolio. He believes an effective finance strategy and structure means having a strong foundation in which to build a property portfolio, allows for the opportunity to owning more property, and assists to growing a property portfolio much sooner.
